This option is perfect for couples who have a good grasp on executing some of their wedding details but would like to enlist help coordinating certain elements to realize their vision. As your wedding day approaches, Event Passion will manage your vendors, rehearsal, décor set up and itinerary and serve as your wedding day onsite director. Price starts at $2,700.
Full Service Package
Our full service option includes design and planning assistance from the beginning stages until the last guest has departed from your reception. We manage the entire wedding planning process and customize the design, arrange a budget and timetable, scout venues, set up appointments, provide etiquette advice, mail invitations, coordinate vendors, negotiate contracts, and more. This option is ideal for someone who has a handle on everything, but may need a little assistance or guidance with vendor referrals, etiquette, ideas, or requires only a-la-carte services. Hourly consultations are $50 per hour.
